This poem needs no explanation for the reason it was written. It seems time to beat our swords into
plowshares and let our weapons of mass destruction be put to use for a better purpose.
Before it's too late!
P. S. If this is politically incorrect, I will not apologize for my feelings.

The War To End All War
Is this the big one? |
The war to end all wars? |
The one, prophets warned would come? |
The war to end all wars? |
They warned to watch the King of the North, |
When he’s sleeping like a dragon. |
Though sleeping he controls the south. |
We can’t believe when their tongue’s wagging. |
If you read the news, you will know the score, (Is this the big one?) |
The King of the North is behind them all. (The war to end all wars?) |
And we scream loud, as they cut us to the core. (The one, prophets warned would come?) |
Then the heavens will rise up to end, the war to end all wars. |
The kings of the earth gather before the anti-Christ |
Raising, defense spending to its height! |
Who'll be, consoled, when it comes to do or die? |
I look at you, I look at me, and I cry. |
Is this the big one? |
The war to end all wars? |
The one, prophets warned would come? |
The war to end all wars? |
